Wann kommt meine Bestellung an?

Wir unterscheiden zwischen physischen Produkten, online Dienstleistungen und Gutscheinen.

  • Physischen Produkte sind z.B. Merchandising Artikel, Rudergeräte, T-Shirts und Radklamotten. Sobald Deine Zahlung bei uns eingegangen ist, wird Deine Bestellung innerhalb 24h bearbeitet und an DHL oder UPS übergeben. Standard-Versanddauer: 2-5 Werktage (montags-samstags). Hast Du Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, versenden wir die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung, sofern wir keine abweichenden Vereinbarungen mit Dir getroffen haben. Die Lieferzeit wird in diesem Fall von dem Artikel mit der längsten Lieferzeit bestimmt.Besonderheit bei den Rudergeräten von Concept2:
    Hier wird nach Zahlungseingang innerhalb von 24h der Bestellprozess bei Concept2 Deutschland GmbH angestoßen. Die Versendung erfolgt direkt von Concept2 innerhalb 3-4 Tage über UPS. Standard-Versanddauer: 3-5 Werktage (montags-samstags).
  • Online Dienstleistungen sind z.B. unsere Kurse, Mitgliedschaften (LIVE Team-Rowing & on Demand Videos) und Wettkämpfe. Sobald Deine Zahlung bei uns eingegangen ist, werden die Zugänge automatisch entweder sofort oder spätesten zu Beginn des angegebenen Termins freigeschaltet.
  • Gutscheine kannst Du in Höhe bis zu € 200,- online erwerben. Sobald Deine Zahlung bei uns eingegangen ist, erhältst Du eine sofort und automatisch generierte Email mit einem Gutschein-Code.

Wie viel kostet der Versand?

  • Wir erheben für unsere physischen Produkte eine Versandkostenpauschale in Höhe von € 4,90. Bei unseren Rudergeräten von Concept2 fallen keine Versandkosten an.
  • Versandkosten in weitere Länder gemäß vorheriger Absprache.
  • Bei unseren online Dienstleistungen und Gutscheinen fallen keine Versandkosten an.

Wie tausche ich meine Bestellung um?

Wenn Du mit Deinem physischen Produkt unzufrieden bist, dann schicke dies an uns zurück und löse am besten eine neue Bestellung im Onlineshop aus. Den Betrag aus der vorherigen Bestellung erstatten wir nach Erhalt der Ware selbstverständlich schnellstmöglich. Die Rad-Klamotten sind vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen!

Das Concept2 RowERG kannst Du 30 Tage nach Kaufdatum zurückgeben und erhältst den volle Kaufpreis zurück. Wenn Du also nicht zufrieden bist, kontaktiere uns einfach, ohne Angabe von Gründen. Concept2 lässt dann das RowErg kostenlos abholen. WICHTIG: Du musst dafür allerdings die Originalverpackung aufbewahren.
