Ergänzend zu Eurem Rudertraining auf dem Wasser benötigt Ihr Motivation, Abwechslung und Ideen für Euer Ergotraining im Verein? Vielleicht fehlen Euch Trainer mit Ergo-Know-How? Vielleicht braucht Ihr Anreize für Euer Wintertraining? Keine Problem. Wir bieten Euren Mitgliedern unterhaltsame Ergo-Einheiten aller Art:

Ob knackige Sprints, Pyramiden-Spiele, Intervalle, Technik-Einheiten oder ergänzende Übungen auf der Matte – unsere erfahrenen und motivierenden Ruder-Leistungssportler als Trainer decken alles ab, was Euer Ruderherz begehrt. Mit Handy-/Tablet-Halterungen an den Ergos können Eure Mitglieder mit uns gemeinsam in der Gruppe oder alleine bei Euch im Verein trainieren und fit durch den Winter kommen.

Was bieten wir Euch?

Bei uns können Eure Mitglieder mit Hilfe von fast 200 On-Demand Trainingsvideos, die jederzeit von all Euren Vereinsmitgliedern beliebig genutzt werden können, jederzeit und überall trainieren. Die Trainings sind LIVE Mitschnitte von unserem LIVE Team-Rowing und wurden von Olympionike Lars Wichert, RBL-Granate Sina-Ingber oder Coastal-Rower Maiko Remmers und Malte Hein gegeben und werden regelmäßig erneuert.

Für einen Aufpreis können Eure Mitglieder auch LIVE-Training per Video erhalten oder unsere Kurs-Angebote zum Einstieg in den Ergo-Sport über mehrere Wochen wahrnehmen. Für Ambitionierte und Wettkampforientierte haben wir ebenfalls anspruchsvolle Kurse im Angebot.

Wie funktioniert das Vereins-Angebot?

Ihr erwerbt Euren eigenen Vereins-Zugang, mit dem Ihr Zugriff zu den 200 On-Demand Trainingsvideos erhaltet. Diesen Vereins-Zugang gebt Ihr an alle Mitglieder weiter, sodass jedes Mitglied das Online-Angebot nutzen kann (einzige Vorrausetzung ist ein Internetzugang). Ob gemeinsam oder alleine im Verein, im Studio oder zu Hause – alle Mitglieder können jederzeit beliebig mit uns trainieren.

Welche Voraussetzungen benötigt der Nutzer bzw. Ihr als Verein?

Ihr braucht natürlich Ergos und eine stabile Internetverbindung
Jeder Sportler nutzt sein eigenes Tablet oder Smartphone, um am Training teilzunehmen. Idealerweise verfügt das Ergo über eine entsprechende Halterung (kann beim Concept2 für € 27,- nachgerüstet werden)
Für einen ungestörten Klang empfehlen sich kabellose Kopfhörer
eine Gymnastikmatte ist für evtl. Dehnübungen hilfreich, muss aber nicht sein

Was kostet der Spaß?

Die Kosten liegen bei 14 Cent-19 Cent im Monat pro Vereinsmitglied. D.h., je kleiner Euer Verein, desto geringer die Gebühr. Die Teilnahmegebühren für ergänzende LIVE-Trainings oder Kurse erfolgen nach Absprache.
